Please stay away! They are very fast to take your money and confirm that they have stock of my order, but they cannot supply. I've sent email after email but they don't answer you and lie about "I dropped an email this morning bud" - I am still waiting for the emails "BUD". They never come back to you.
They also give the reason for the non-delivery of my order as a "technical problem with the warranty", but I've phoned around and everyone sells the same batteries with a warranty! Why lie about the warranty, it's just not the truth "BUD".
Please stay away!

Stay away! They cannot deliver the batteries and also cannot deliver on their promises.
Their updates are non-existent.
Yes we do expect payment before we begin with the order processing and we were also quick to refund you when we could not complete the order.
If we can explain the situation. We do not hold stock with us and our consignment stock is sitting with our Supplier. When we place an order, they pick the stock for dispatch and all of the orders go through a compatibility, technical and placement check. We were made aware by our supplier that they might reject the order because they are dropping the brand ( OmniPower ) because of previous warranty’s not being honored by the Manufacturer ( SineTech ).
We do apologize immensely for the situation we were put in. It was unfortunately out of our hands and we did our best with the info given to us and we respect our Supplier's choice.

Never used Weable before, and I was really really impressed with each interaction - the email, follow-up phone call, the speed of processing the order and payment. As a graphic designer in South Africa, securing expensive design tech from international stores is always risky. Will it arrive safe? Will it work? Will I be ripped off like all those other victims on the internet? Frankly, I was 60/40 on the store when I first heard about it. (I've always been wary about buying things online.) Thankfully, Weable was nothing but professional and accommodating. And they've gained a customer for life because of their stellar service! I highly recommend them.
The customer service agent helped me from the very beginning; walking me through the tech I wanted, the payment options, even other random questions that plagued my neurotic brain. He was super helpful, attentive, kind, and friendly. And he totally deserves a raise.
